Returns
All returns must be authorized and submitted with a Return Authorization Form. Please email aj@timeworldusa.com for return authorization and return authorization form. No Returns will be accepted back without authorization form. Returns must be sent back to Time World @ 2600 Northaven Road Suite #100 Dallas, Tx 75229. For a full refund goods must be returned to Time World within 14 days of your goods invoice date. You will only be refunded the amount of goods minus shipping charges if applicable. We are not responsible if you can not view the goods within these 14 days. Refunds/ Returns take up to 14-28 business days after we have received them. All watches must be returned in the same manner as they were received. This packaging includes: polybags and/or boxes.
Exchanges
All Exchanges must be authorized with Return Authorization Form. Please email AJ@timeworldusa.com or call 972.484.7711 and ask for AJ. No exchanges will be accepted without authorization. Goods can be exchanged within the 30 days of the order date. We must receive the goods within the 30 day period. You must pay for shipping on the way back to Time World and back to you. There is 15% restocking fee of the value of the goods for all exchanges which will be added along with the shipping charges back to you. Please confirm payment method before shipping the goods back to Time World. Exchanges will take up to 5-10 business days to process. Ship back to ATTN: Returns Department 2600 Northaven Road Suite# 100 Dallas, Tx 75229. All watches must be returned in the same manner as they were received. This packaging includes: polybags and/or boxes. Please email or call if you have any questions.
Shipping
Time World ships via UPS Monday thru Friday. We ship international via UPS or USPS. We have standard UPS rates. If you need an approximate UPS amount you can try to process an order and your approximate shipping charges will calculate on your Preliminary Invoice before payment. For International Shipping rates via USPS please email sales@timeworldusa.com with your address, and amount of watches so we can give you an shipping price quote amount. We ship all orders in 1-3 business days after being placed. If you need your order expedited please call AJ at 972.484.7711.
Limited Warranty
All watches from Time World have a one year limited warranty. This warranty covers dead battery, missing parts, and manufacture's defect. When using our warranty program, please ship back the goods with a copy of your invoice, Return Authorization Form, and credit card # . Please identify each watch separately and address the problem with an enclosed note. Please note all shipping costs are paid by the customer. We will repair/replace your watches and send them back via UPS. We do not cover cracked crystal or water damage. If you receive a watch with a cracked crystal please notify us immediately. All watches must be returned in the same manor as they were received. Please remove any point of sale stickers if applied. This packaging includes: polybags and/or boxes.
All Wallets and Handbags from Time World have a 30 day limited warranty. This warranty covers discoloring and manufactures defect. When using our warranty program, please ship back the goods with a copy of your invoice, contact info, credit card # and shipping address. Please identify each wallet separately and the address the issue with an enclosed note. Please note all shipping costs are paid by the customer. We will repair or replace your wallet and send back via UPS or USPS. Our warranty does not cover everyday wear and tear. All wallets must be returned to use in the same packaging as they were received to you. Please do not send back wallets with any point of sale stickers. The packaging should include all wallets individually bagged.
