Many of our cuff watches are made with unique materials, much like bracelets. Some of the materials we use for our cuff watch styles include semiprecious stones and shell inlay. While the former is also used in western style watches, our semiprecious stone watches use both large and small stones and semiprecious stone colors. Some smaller stones line the edge of the watch face, while larger semiprecious stones may decorate a silver watch band or serve as a cap on the watch face. Aside from turquoise and onyx, cat's eye stones are included in the semiprecious stones used for our watches.
For the latter, shell inlay, both cuff watch bands and watch faces are decorated with shell inlay. Think of the pearly inside of a shell, and this material is added in a mosaic style to many of these watch bands. Aside from the natural color of the shell, the shell material is dyed to create various patterns on the watch band but the natural luster of the material remains intact.
